Where does the bug appear: SA-MP Server
When did the bug appear: Today
Describe the bug: You can use /rp on someone when they're dead.

Reproduction steps:
1. Kill a guy
2. /rp

Is it that the dead person should be yellow suspect before dying or any civilian/suspect?
