Why should we accept this: anyone can miss clicking on ''Post comment'' even if he didn't complete it , and if we just back to re-write the comment and post it , it will be added like you didn't post before and votes number increases too ( vote doubled )

You can just type up what you want to post in a tag application on a notepad or something, then CTRL + C and paste it in the tag application. However, I'm neutral on your suggestion

Not that,but this is useful in an other way.
A guy behaves good to you,seems to be matured and applies for tag.
You vote him positive.
He suddenly changes his attitude towards you after voting and you can't do anything.
This would be useful in such circumstances.

Take note, the votes are not considered to be accepted or denied.You just post your opinion and staff will understand if changing the vote, did before.I believe it can be forgiven for a mistake . If the developers have more time, why not to add the ability to edit.

By the way we might add something else aswell. What do you think of voting anonymously on tag applications? Applicant won't actually know who voted and will only be able to see the actual vote.

That is so we can encourage most of you to vote on applications without being afraid of destroying friendships and what not, staying completely honest.
