New base at San Fierro

Hi guys I know iam new but I have many ideas to benefit the team and one of them is to make a swat base at SF cause some times while you are chasing suspect you may die and you will respawn at LV base which take a period of time to go back to Sf and chanse suspect again, so this base will come with a benefit to all the team in catching suspects at SF.

or maybe allow spawning at sfpd as swat? hm
