hitmans and civilian

Yeah i agree, it's not fair when cops are stalking close to you and as soon as you kill a hitman for a self-defence they instantly arrest. I've also thought about this suggestion but i forgot to suggest it, it's great you did though.

Although when a Civilian kills an hitman he commits a crime so he should be getting wanted else it would be unfair to the hitmans too like if a skilled civilian guy could do a hitman hunt for kills which is possible as per my observances of what the leos do.

I mean,when you're hitted,LEOs can protect you by killing the hitman.That is,enable LEOs to kill hitmen.

Well the thing is when a civilian kills someone he commits a murder and is suppose to get wanted where as incase of leos their job is the protect the law like in Real life if a Man starts shooting a cop cant the cop kill the shooter and protect himself and its not a crime for the cop but civilians cant do that if they kill someone its a crime.Well ye there is a difference between the game and RealLife but the Logic is still the same.

If a civilian’s life is indanger they can defend themselves and it’ll hold up in court so it won’t be considered murder given the circumstance, if we are looking at this in both a realistic stance and an rpish one it makes sense for it to be considered self defense since that is what the player with the hit is doing, if a civilian kills a hitman it even pops up in the chat that it was “out of self defense” so in reality it is justified for that reason since the leos already are notified that he wasn’t committing a crime he was protecting himself from the attacker and that attacker was the hitman, so adding this suggestion would be the more logical then you your bringing up, now if a civilian attacks a cop that’s a different story but it all depends on who shot first and why, it’s a grey area when it comes to that since the cops have to uphold the law, but they are not allowed to be the antagonist or use excessive force when subduing a suspect, the criminal has to brandish his weapon in order for the cop to be able to open fire and he has to tell you to drop your weapon before doing so, because cops have to follow procedures it gives more room for the criminal to act, and even in court the cop can get sued for injuring you or utilizing excessive force as well as wrongfully detaining suspects such as “he has gun arrest him for murder” “he shot me and he is now on the ground, let me offload my entire magazine into him just to make sure he isn’t getting up when I subdue him” these are things that are frowned upon, so what you are saying in that aspect isn’t exactly what’s logical but a situation has to happen in a certain manner for what your saying to be logical which isn’t a common one.
