Why should it be accepted: When LEO's are chasing wanted or vice versa, they do /loc (id) every couple seconds which can be very annoying, can slow you down and eventually the person you're chasing can get too far. (Explanation Part): But you can place a tracker on the other's vehicle which can track the vehicle and the vehicle only. Every couple seconds you'll get a message showing the last seen location of the vehicle.

So yeah,not a necessary suggestion from my point of view.
And /loc I'd isn't a big deal though.Just stop being lazy.

This isn't really needed because you can /loc them and that won't affect your driving in any way, and if you're teaming ask the passengers to /loc them.

It takes hardly a second to enter /loc (id) command + if u r after a criminal u will never lose him unless you yourself stop chasing him or he kills you.

Tip: Follow the minimap and use the up key to enter the same /loc command again and again

There’s nothing wrong with using /loc, I’ve used it many times and not once had issues or complications ether as criminal or cop. There is no need for this and it’ll just be more senseless convenience. -1
