Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: Today
Describe the bug:
As soon as you sold a house you have set to spawn at and you die, it shows this in the chat
The house you were spawning at no longer belongs to you, your spawn has been reset.
You still, however, spawn at the house.

After a second respawn you don't spawn there anymore, though.

It's not a bug.
It just takes sometime to configure it.
/Houses, you choose it, it shows that message but still you can spawn there.
After a while you can't.
Not a bug mate.
It just takes time.
