There's not really any point in having this as a server faction - we've got all of the other groups and stuff - IE blackouts, terrorists etc.

They're all focused mainly on cop-hunting / being criminals in the first place - if you want a base, join a group that donated for it.

Also - with all of the bases and stuff it kinda removes the whole "Drive to ammunation to get guns" thing now so you know, adding a base specifically for criminals would just turn this into a bit of a TDM server imo.

Obviously we've still got the CNR side of it, I'd like to see another faction for roleplaying - gives Pagati something to work with as it's just them on their own at the moment.
