Why should it be accepted: OKay , So i think this rule is very important most of new guys join servers especially roleplay servers and they only know the command /cuff they cuff abuse every single time , trust me this shit happened to me more than 100 times , and hackers join the server they Teleport or simply use hacks to kill criminals .
I think until person gets 50 score he cannot spawn in a police skins , i think 50 score is not much , this will prevent many reports and especially cuff abuse headache .

Google the meaning of bump. You are bumping the topic in few hours. Bump is used when there is not any reply for many or few days but not in few hours.

Coming on suggestion I faced that problem too. But i don't think this can be the solution as everyone has choice to choose what job they want to play as.
You say hackers in police skin kill all criminals. But the hacker can choose criminal skin as well and kill all cops. You can't do anything.

1. No need to bump a 1 day old suggestion, especially since it's still in page 1.

2. The police skin is a public skin for anyone to use, and shouldn't have a minimum score limit

3. If someone cuff abuses you, tell him to read /pc and and that he's not allowed to cuff you if you're innocent. If he doesn't listen, report to any in-game /staff member, and if there isn't report him on forums.

4. Just avoid cops who cuff abuse you and don't stand next to them, waiting for them to cuff you.

This suggestion isn't really needed, perhaps others could agree with me aswell.

It won't solve the problem. I can easly earn 50 score and abuse /cuff.
