Obviously you didn’t get the joke, but anyways on a literal stance as I stated it is noise that some consider music that people make with their mouths, it was popular in the 1980s and pretty much died in the early 90s and the voice as well as the mouth are considered instruments so they are using an instrument XD though I won’t agree that it was good music at least not by its self since the music would only be good with lyrics and instruments to back it up but even still it is not very appealing, at least to me.
