He decided to return to his work back once again, after talking to the Senior Administrators and asking them if he could regain his position back as an Administrator. We are definitely glad to see [Lsrcr]Mastro being a part of the staff team once again, as he has always shown a high activity and dedication that not many staff members have.

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]The Luxury Houses[/b][/color][/size] The Lsrcr staff team have implemented new Luxury Houses. Since the houses cost 10€, they added a lot of features to compensate to that. Features, such as a hot dog stand, free fast vehicles for house owners, and parachutes for skydiving, are only available for house owners. The houses might have an increase in price in the future. [size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]House Auctions[/b][/color][/size] Everyone was waiting for [Lsrcr]Nniouz's houses, since he was inactive for a lot of time. Having been inactive for 89 days, ex-tagged member Ackman quickly notified [Lsrcr]Nniouz that he has to join the server before he loses all of his houses. As a gift for Ackman, Nniouz gave him 150mil. The real reason behind why Ackman informed Nniouz, was that he didn't want to see people fighting for the houses. Server Owner, [Lsrcr]Energ, decided to put the houses on auction. After everyone placed his/her bid, [Lsrcr]Scenic finished the auction by placing the highest amount, and getting the main house, located at Idlewood. This definitely isn't the last auction and many more are yet to come.

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]Staff team promotions[/b][/color][/size] Not only do we have 3 promotions, which are the promotions to [Lsrcr]Luka and [Lsrcr]Shiny to administrators and [Lsrcr]Lolmomlol to Community Moderator, but we also have a surprise, which is the return as [Lsrcr]Aree. Both [Lsrcr]Luka and [Lsrcr]Shiny made it to the Trial Moderator position by applying through forums, when applications were opened. Later on, they were promoted to Community Moderators, followed by the Admin position afterwards. As for [Lsrcr]Lolmomlol, he got denied on his moderator application, but later got the rank. [Lsrcr]Aree, a retired administrator, came back a few days ago and greeted the player, informing them about his return.Shortly after his return, [Lsrcr]Aree came back from retirement to serve the community as a moderator

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]SWAT Changes/Promotions[/b][/color][/size] The S.W.A.T Team has done some major changes once again. The member capacity has been reduced from 55 to 50, along with kicking all of the inactive members in the team. With the recent updates, this also lead to all of the S.W.A.T applications being denied until further notice. There has also been a change to the S.W.A.T Team's SEO(S.W.A.T Event Officer). [Lsrcr]Rollinzo is managing the forum events, [Lsrcr]Sonnet is the Event Officer Coordinator, and the new two S.W.A.T Event Officers are [Lsrcr]David and [Lsrcr]NobodY. Not only that, but [Lsrcr]Osama is coming back and he will be serving as a SEO too. As for the promotions, we've received a lot this month, but congratualtions to Game_Booster for becoming SMOTM

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]The Resignation of [Lsrcr]David[/b][/color][/size] [Lsrcr]David, who was a truly dedicated S.WA.T Member, which was nominated for SMOTM a couple of times and recently became part of the S.E.O team, resigned from SWAT on the 24th of June. In his resignation status, he expressed his thoughts by saying that there's a lot of unprofessional SWAT members, who just hijack the driver, do other meaningless stuff with no tactics. He also says that what drains him the most is the childish behavior of some members.

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]Current state of Army[/b][/color][/size] Army, a faction that has been said many times for having inactive members, has finally started to get more active ingame. With the newly recruited officers, [Lsrcr]KKC, LouiS. (Currently banned), [Lsrcr]BeaR, Moral, [Lsrcr]Diesel, Mr.Killer008, and Lolokiko, it's no big surprise that the faction might actually succeed once again and rise back to the top. The AMOTM is currently posted and we wish all the members the best of luck! As said by [Lsrcr]David, he currently plans on joining the S.A. Army team. There are currently 4 pending applications and we wish them the best of luck.

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]Changes to the TO team[/b][/color][/size] [Lsrcr]Jobin and [Lsrcr]Fantastic have finally made it to the Assistant Head Training Officer position, as a replacement for Spinel and Realize. Jobin and Fantastic will be taking the AHTO duties from Realize and Spinel, as both of these players were serving Army for a long time and it eventually came to an end. [Lsrcr]Sam passed the trial training officer position and has finally became an official S.A. Army training officer. Not only that, but [Lsrcr]An44s re-joined the training officer team and will be doing his duties as he used to.

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]Current state of Pagati[/b][/color][/size] I've already mentioned his name once and I'll mention it again. [Lsrcr]David, who was a fully dedicated SWAT member got demoted to the soldier rank, due to his inactivity in skin and high activity in SWAT skin. What's surprising the most, he made that resignation topic after he got demoted. Getting demoted from Pagati was probably what triggered him in leaving. Of course, we don't blame him and many of us agree with his point. As a replacement for [Lsrcr]David, [Lsrcr]DeadlyKiller was re-promoted to the Caporegime spot and is now taking care of recruitment, alongside the Underbosses.

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]Is the Roleplay Act useful?[/b][/color][/size] As much as Pagati is active, the role-play act hasn't been having that much effect as many members aren't doing what they're supposed to do. One of the members complained that the staff team hasn't been doing roleplay acts themselves and that leaves us wondering, will the roleplay act stay and the inactive ones get kicked, or will it get removed?

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]New Rule Addition - Group Rights[/b][/color][/size] After the long await and several reports, the staff team finally decided to notify the community about the addition of a new rule, which disallows people to ask for group rights. As per the post says, "Asking for group rights constantly and begging leaders for rights is no longer allowed, we will NOT be tolerating this in game or on forums and you can be reported and punished for this." One of the community moderators, [Lsrcr]Jobin, also added that reporting players should be the last options, as many players here in Lsrcr barely know English, and telling them their rulebreak will help a lot.

[size=150][color=#40BFFF][b]Guatemala Volcano Eruption[/b][/color][/size] The Fuego volcano in southern Guatemala erupted on Sunday, sending lava flows into nearby rural communities and spewing ash over people and towns. It was the country’s most deadly volcanic event in more than a century, leaving at least 75 dead as of Tuesday evening, AP reports. Only 23 of the victims have been identified at this point. The Fuego volcano erupted at about noon local time on Sunday. Thick clouds of smoke and ash billowed into the sky, and homes in nearby villages were engulfed by lava flows. Temperatures in the lava flow reached 1,300 degrees Fahrenheit, according to Eddy Sanchez, director of the country’s Seismology and Volcanology Institute. The institute said on Sunday evening that the eruption had ended but another one was possible. The second explosion came Tuesday, with authorities issuing another evacuation order and closing a national highway as hot gas and molten rock descended down the volcano’s southern face.

Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy was born on the 23rd of January 1998, and he died on the 20th of June 2018 Witnesses say that that a black car pulled over near the bike shop where the famous rapper was, and he was shot right on the scene. The rap star XXXTentacion died at the age of 20. The rapper has released many hit songs, including his new album "[b]?[/b]" with the most popular song called "Sad". His death, was spread out quickly and rapidly, and it hit the world and most of his fans by storm. Many other rappers like 6six9nine and Kanye West have posted about XXXTentacion's death. The country of North Macedonia was hit by the cyclone Sylvia, and had some devastating storms. There were winds who were traveling up to 60kmh, heavy rain, and pretty loud storms. There were even sightings of hail in some parts of the cities, who did damage to the fields, and even some property. The temperature in the day was moving between 20-25 degrees Celsius. The storm was so strong that it even caused some power outage in some parts of the cities which lasted a couple of hours. The streets were flooded with water, and the flood caused damage in some of the properties.

Prosecutors said a 33-year-old man was killed and a second suspect arrested after gunfire erupted at 3 a.m. EDT (0700 GMT) at the event in the city of Trenton, about 60 miles (100 km) southwest of New York City. "Preliminary investigation reveals that multiple individuals attending the Art All Night event opened fire within the venue. ... Multiple weapons have been recovered," Angelo Onofri, prosecutor for Mercer County, told a news conference. Among those wounded by bullets was a 13-year-old boy who Onofri said was in extremely critical condition. He said more than 1,000 people were believed to have been at the festival when the violence started. "It absolutely could have been worse, given the confined space and the number of shots that appear to have been fired," Onofri said. Authorities are investigating whether the deceased suspect was killed by police or by gunfire from other suspects, he said. Organizers canceled the remainder of the event, billed as "24 hours of community, creativity and inspiration."
