Colourmod + Timecyc + Lenslfare + ENB

Heyyy Guys!

In case you are confused on the title:

* Colourmod, Changes the colour of your game slightly (Adds colours)
* Timecyc, Changes the sky (Day and Night)
* Lensflare, Adds the suns shine and glare onto your screen
* ENB, Adds a reflective texture onto cars etc.

I5 6400, GTX 1060 6GB, 8GB RAM
Also, look at the bottom right of all screens. Usually I stay on 90+ but it all depends on the amount of cars etc. But I never go below 60.

I have a 1050ti, I can install mods and play 60 fps easily, but on win10 they tend to crash a lot. So I use stock game with max settings and get 90+ everywhere, only drops to 80s at terrorist base and 70s at PD worse it can get it 67 fps when PD had like 15 civs running around to rob each other lol

Im using Win10 Atm.
What I do is I test one mod at a time by installing it then going in game to check it.
If it doesnt work I remove it as I most likely create backups of the files i replace.

The fact that i have an i5-3470 and no gpu, the enb won't work im sure. I'm using Skillz's enb settings and much more mods such as imfx and shit and easily get 70-80 fps in LS and around 120-140 in SF/LV

I got texture mods, most of my cars are modded, street light mods, additional textures for my roads and my ENB is for High end PCS. I have used Skillz ENB and I class it for LOW PC's. Also I have loads of other modifications you dont know about
