As u can see in the video me and my friends broke alcatraz and the escaped cop became red wanted i heard that this bug was fixed for swat skin but cop skin has this bug still.

This most likely happened after the cop accepted a bribe or something alike, or can you tell us when exactly he got wanted? That greatly helps.

It happens when a cop accepts a bribe, goes to jail, then uses the /escape command.
As for Alcatraz, when you escaped Alcatraz, he also used this opportunity to escape, and so he got wanted. He could've been jailed normally, then escaped Alcatraz when you broke it. As for the normal jail cell, you need to accept a bribe, then use the /escape cmd, just as I mentioned

Well i broke alcatraz and there was a cop inside alca as a prisoner and the cop escaped from alcatraz and was red as you can see in video.

Checked today, not fixed yet.
I got arrested in Alcatraz as civilian, re-logged in and chose Police, friends short-circuited the Alcatraz and I got wanted after escaping.
Things I can do whilst wanted as Police: Can taze, can cuff, can uncuff also and kill suspects. It'll say LEO PJ killed a wanted suspect in mainchat. No, I cannot use /ar whilst wanted.

I knew this bug since 2016 but I managed to perform it in another way, in orer to break alcatraz 2 poeple are required, the get-away driver can be cop, I did it as a cop and got wanted level for assissting in alcatraz break but I have only tested that wanted cops can /taze, not sure about the other commands.

Cops will no longer be treated as escaped convicts and neither receive a wanted level. This also means that the cops will now be able to arrest the escaped convicts in this situation. Therefore be careful not to break Alcatraz while a cop is inside!
