Reason: My brother Faizan4 was playing samp and king_Mahathir offered him to buy the house, he accepted but his account was not verified so he asked me to buy but when i gave him money
He cheated me as he said to me to wire money and he will give me the house
I did that but he did not gave me the house and he ignored me
I warned him many times but he did not respond and /ignore me
he got my money by making me fool

No rule was broken, he just used the house as a bait to scam you, and as he quoted, scamming up-to $3,000,000 is allowed if you are not a tagged member or never carried one.
