Basically the Dodo fell off the roof.

/swatreset can fix it or you may ask an admin to reset vehicles whenever it occurs.

Does it happen pretty often?

I guess Mastro is correct as there is a Dodo on the roof in the same position, resetting will solve this, all members have access to resetting, thanks lock this.
