It's meant to be the way it is, "we think you are not ready to represent the community", giving the player a hint about what he/she should improve is just telling them the easy way to get tag, while the other way they try to improve themselves in every factor, just like many of the applicants did.
Most are working on them.
Then there are some who just complain but never change themselves, I don't see a reason for the admins to write the main problem of the applicant for which he/she got denied.
