Importance of suggestion: 10/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players): I believe this would be extremely efficient and useful.
Why should it be accepted: I have provided you screenshot of how somehow this could look like. It's a different server where I used to play but I blured out website and any advertisements out of it. It's very simple as you can see yourself. Why not implementing a command, maybe /updates, that would open up a window with all the most recent changes and updates to the server which is accesable to everyone in game where players wouldn't have to open forums to read everything that had changed. Like on the picture, you could add few different sections, like [NEWS] which would be for most recent updates and news you have implemented, maybe [CHANGES] which would be for some gameplay changes, any, I don't know, buffing or maybe nerfing and [BUG FIXES] for recently fixed bugs and what not. What are your thoughts on this? I am very likely going to provide video footage of how damaging through entering vehicle animation looks like. Thank you for your time!

Too many players in-game don't have forum accounts and most of them don't even know how to make forum account. This would be great if some kind of system like this gets implemented.
