Why would it be useful: Longer durability of Army vehicles.
Additional comments: I think Army vehicles health has to be increased (Tank, Hunter, Sparrow, Hydra, Rustler, Barrack and Jeep if not already, but I think Jeep has health increased) because these are special vehicles, and their health should not be compared to regular helicopters and airplanes. We are Army, Army vehicles are made for a longer durability.

It makes no sense to not have it, Swat's Sultan currently is at 2000 HP while our armoured attack helicopter, fighter jet and military jeep are below that.

e.e. Nerfed from 10k to 8k, but the amount of dmers and how OP the criminals have become, they destroy a tank within a minute.
