Lol... I legit had to read the suggestion 3 more times to understand it since it's more of a jigsaw puzzle than a suggestion.

Everything is fine and pretty much balanced, it doesn't really make any sense to disallow cops' ability to taze a player that doesn't have a shock gun (if that's what you mean). It's fine the way it is in my opinion.

Okay let me say about what i think
Firstly leo is a class where they can arrest and kill so whats your point saying just swat to have the tazer?
Apart from that the tazer is used to make it easy for the leos to arrest where as shocker is used for criminals to shock kill or escape although a few leos use tazer for killing that is taze kill but still its meant to help the leos to make arrests,if seen with your logic the suggestion is pointless tbh Negative from me.
