I'm going to agree with this suggestion due to the fact which is Alcatraz is located at a far distance from city and it's time consuming as well. There should be another alternative way to escape from Alcatraz.

Also another suggestion, on escaping from Alcatraz you should be given the wanted level you had before getting arrested.

It's helpful for criminals. I don't need to state why it's a good suggestion because it has been perfectly explained.
If you can't add this type of system, then lowering the probability of failing to break Alcatraz will also work. It annoys when you travel to alcatraz and fail to break it.

That's a good idea.
What all can be included :

1)It would directly turn you to wanted level 100 as hacking a prison is a big deal(in real life).
2) A new item from black market in which only certain classes can buy it and use it.
3) Takes 20seconds to do this.
4) Once he's done this, he should rush out of Alcatraz (the building) or he'll be sent to Alcatraz as well.
5) The door will automatically close if no cop manages to fix the virus( Explained below).
That's it.
What can be done for the LEO side :
Well, a new one.
LEOs get informed if anyone enters the Alcatraz building( will be displayed like ID(69) has entered Alcatraz. ).
After the virus is planted and every criminal had escaped/not escaped, LEOs should go near the computer the fix it.

Something like this might be considered in the future if we ever introduce the Hacker class.
