Unfortunately your pictures don't prove anything. There were many criminals on the map (I can see at least two), and we can't know whether Flameknight was aiming at them or intentionally at you.

As for you Flameknight, please be careful when using the water cannon nonetheless. If you see many LEOs trying to take care of a suspect then better stay away as a medic. You make it harder for them.

No actions will be taken due to lack of proofs.
