Why should it be accepted: Today i was playing and there was night time and i was trying to arrest or kill suspects but i can't see anything as well so i want to add a command it should be anything though which we can change the weather to any weather it can be l sunny weather day time .night time etc

Negative as Night time starts from 21:00 and ends at 7:00. Did you even realized why its called night time? you think by /toggleweather u can change night into morning? This is cops robbers and roleplay* server.

You have to dealt with it as you are saying you are cop and if u got problems that u cant kill suspects try to /taze /cuff /ar.

Some weather mods can limit you from seeing so they can also give you advantage on someone who is using that kind of weather. Plus you can /togglesnow and the weather will be clear.

This is not actually the case of mods its due to the christams update due to which players are facing these problems

We believe it's fine the way it is now. Try increasing game brightness as others said or maybe have a look at your mods.

I have personally never had any problems with this and it has never been suggested in the past.
