Not really, because zombies are there just to annoy you. You really waste hours on playing it if you kill zombies which you can kill them with one bullet. The key to the game is to gear up, find the best loot possible to survive, and just go to some active warzone cities where you can camp and wait for your shot.

But, as the game is fully out right now, you can make bases and a lot of stuff which gives gameplay even more better now.
