Describe the bug: When there is a car of luxury and a criminal you hunting escaping to get in a car, you cannot eject him n it says i dont have luxury house etc but in fact, you should be allowed to get in the car n eject the criminal and once you enter it shows the msg just like any other group or then /lock doesnt have any meaning to luxury vehicles as when you press f you cannot even enter n it just prevent you from getting in the vehicle https://ibb.co/6Jft4cB

As you said its been there since lux system was added i haven't faced such an issue though

So you can enter a luxury vehicle without any problem and you see the msg after entering?

Fanta's right, criminals can abuse this by staying in the bikes or whatnot and when you get close and press F you just get the prompt of them being luxury vehicles and you not able to access them, where crims can either run away or kill you.

Every vehicle, including these luxury vehicles, should be "enterable" in that players that want to rob/cuff/drag/etc can get their chance to do it

This will probably be fixed very soon.

On topic; it's a good idea, will be forwarded and most likely be implemented since it can be abused.
