Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: Saw it today
Describe the bug: Okay so i was just going towards lsa when i just saw the gift at the side of sec shop (as far as i think its sex shop or tattoo idk you can see in video) so i thought maybe pick it up. As soon as i reached close to the gift there was no ground and my car just got ground bugged.

Its due to some explosions the vehicles get bugged and the area near by gets bugged a full vehicle rest fixes it always had experienced this many times in different locs though
As for this one its fixed due to a vehicle reset

Hmm, it has never really happened to me. Are you sure you weren't desynced that time or anything similar? I remember a player had this issue and it got fixed upon reconnect.

Maybe try what Ackman told you and let us know.
