Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: while ago
Describe the bug: I always forgot to report this bug.
When cop cuffs us we can move while being cuffed. Right? But we can't run sometime while being cuffed from cops.
Many might have faced it.

Sometimes when you get bugged you get frozen or what?

yea it's also happen to me i got frozen while cuffed or sometime respawn get Frozen at spawn point.

When i die many times in less than 10 mins or 5 mins, I get frozen infront of my spawn point so i have to alt+ctrl+delete to sign-out of pc just to fix problem n cannot even open task manager or esc the game or do anything,

Yeah, if that's the reported bug then, i was trying to elaborate it.

Nah I reported a other bug.

The bug you explained it also happens with me. My task manager also don't opens but when I see from start it shows a little view of task manager . And it shows GTA San-andreas was (Not responding)

So I think it's our both pc problem .

The game that refuses to be closed, that's totally a problem on the client (your) side.

But if its happening with majority of us then its not a client sided bug at least
