After the discussion with both Playa and Lolmomlol, and with the recording they've sent me, I can clearly say that there were no rule-breaks.

Playa was teaming with Lolmomlol when he dragged these two criminals, in the mean time Lolmomlol was killed by another criminal while Playa had already dragged the two of them, as shown in your video. So it is clear that he wasn't solo, in which case he couldn't have dragged them.
