Stop with permanent bans (READ CAREFULLY)

We cannot use Vainsmoker as an example, he was a retard indeed. I know it would be kinda unfair towards currently banned players but changes are always welcomed and needed.
I believe admins should join this discussion too as they are the ones who ban players and mainly affect on this all.

Geri, you said that admins forgive you most of the times when you get permanent ban if you're honest with them. Yes, that's true, but it can also encourage them to always do shit, be honest and expect unban. Wouldn't it be better if they instead get a 6 month ban and have no right to ask for unban before they wait out that period.

However, I'm not sure how should we tolerate that "coward, pussy" cheating, such as aimbotters and those hard track cheats like Davidscorp's (sorry for using him as an example above, didn't know it was his ban reason). Maybe exclude them from that or something...

It's a positive! Most new players aren't even aware of rules and they just do it thinking it's a part of game. Most pirated version of san andreas comes with cheats and superman mod and what not. Most of you guys don't even read terms and conditions of a program before installation and here you are expecting those 12 years old newbies to read rules before joining the server. I remember a server where they would ban a player for a time for cheating instead of permanent ban.

Everyone deserves a chance and we all made mistakes in the past. Having 0 knowledge about the server rules, I do not exclude anyone. We all do mistakes and we regret so giving them a timed-ban will teach them the lesson well. If Lsrcr is their life then let it be instead of expecting a server shut down *Not soon but yeah expect it in the future*. Making someone wait is really boring and will make him sure of not repeating a same mistake again but I agree to some point that aimbotters should be banned permanently and the reason is really simple.

That's right, but they are here for US - we (usual players) are the ones who are keeping this server alive. If it's fine for the most of players, then why not implement it?

I’m not sure about this one. But making their ban like 30 days seem fair enough to punish them instead of permanent ban.

I don't like the idea of having a cheater who was perm-banned, unbanned. Neither the idea of forgiving new cheaters by giving them a temporary ban. This would also mean more work for our staff team, that already does as much as they can.

+1 some people use cheats as they think it's allowed like any other freeroam server etc so i think there should be something like rules quiz or sth when they rulebreak ban them for 2 months or so and before letting them into the server once again warn them that they will be asked couple of questions regards the server rules, if they pass it they get unbanned otherwise choose whatever action you want
