When did the bug appear: since the recent update
Describe the bug: when we kidnap a victim most of the times we dont get the autoransom it dosent displays anything when the victim /q's just like the way it used to happen before mostly when the victim /q's immediately after he is kidnaped we get the autoransom but if the victim stays for like some time /q's after that we dont get the autoransom i also tested it when victim had 500k cash upto 0cash when /q'd it worked fine as it displayed the message saying u recived xyz as the ransom when victim has nothing it says victim has no cash kinda message but when the victim waits for longer time and /q's no ransom will be recived nor the messages as i kidnap most of the times i know it very well i do have some proofs provided below.

- Auto ransom fixed and enabled if a kidnapped player quits the server

Today I went in-game just to check if it was really working but unfortunately it wasn't.
