Reason:The most active group of Lsrcr right now "Blackouts" The group which makes cops job difficult all the time, I have always faced blackouts members when i play in cop skin and it's very difficult to beat those group because they ain't single, There are many to support each other, Sometime it's annoying for police to fight against blackouts, I am in love with this group and it's activity is very high. I love cop hunting and this group is best for cop hunting, I also have many friends in this group and i would love to be part of this group. Cop hunting is always fun, But it's more fun when there's active and experienced members around you. I hope i'll do good and be helpful. Thank you.

Hey, Thank you for sending an application to us (Blackouts). We appreciate your choice. Before we can accept/deny your application. You must get tested in-game. Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about Blackouts rules, Driving, Shooting & Tactical skills. Your overall score must be equal or above to 3 or else your application will be auto-denied. Also keep in mind, If you score less than 4/5 in rules part your application will be automatically denied.

You can request any of the following Testers to take your in-game test. Keep in mind, Spamming their PM(s) will lead to Auto - denial to your application.
