He's a good guy with a good attitude. Ex-member, skilled, experienced.
Sure he made a mistake in past, but everyone should deserve a second chance at a certain point. And as long as he doesn't blow it up, I don't see a reason to not have him in army.

Note: Applicant's test results are good in every category, it shows and proves us he is truly skilled, no doubt in that. Leo activity is good as well. I have seen the applicant arresting several times, and I see that those arrests are kind of 'emergency'. It really proves to me applicant understands how already army works and should work, also shows his experience (I like his game-play style) Attitude is good. Till now I've seen him friendly with everyone, keep it up. Reason - it's not good. You can't write in reason too much about past, and in this case it's 90% of reason.
