Suggestion(s): Adding a new rule: G abuse
Why would it be useful: To keep Army faction reputation nice.

I'm going with a Positive. We are a Professional Faction which is known for their deadly skills. Pressing G in a car to use injections downs our reputation. If we will not do that then criminals won't do that too.
