Additional information: He didn’t break this rule by a mistake he broke it intentionally because he wanted to kill me so bad that he didn’t care who was near me.
He killed Food and oooopppp when using the tank. He doesn’t like me at all I get it but damaging others to take out his anger isn’t fair at all.
He wasn’t even sorry about it and when I asked “what do you have to say about this”. He said go and report.

I'm not blind but in the video it can clearly be observed that you are somewhat close to the word Blind. It's not a mistake from your side because you neither apologized in game and on forums after the situation occurred. You were so confident that nothing will happen to you even if I report you for that because of which you didn't care to apologize and also because of your little ego.
Now even if you think of apologizing I'll not be okay with it.

This is CLEARLY crossfire which could not have foreseen by Mateej.

The Rhino just has shit aiming, it tries to hit a vehicle. Mateej was most likely focused on the yellow suspect that was next to the red one, when he saw a chance, he fired.

Case closed, no action will be taken.
