SWAT towed vehicles restricted to SWAT only

When did the bug appear: Since the latest update I assume.
Describe the bug: Towed vehicles by SWAT become personnal SWAT vehicles on re-entering them, however cops can't access those vehicles (even if given keys).
Frequency: Always
Severity: Major I assume

I dont think its supposed to be a bug. They did it intentionally so as to avoid other people disrupting swat's gameplay. Not sure though.

new updates makes your personal car a swat car and cops aren't allowed to enter swat cars so i dont think it is a bug

It is not a bug as stated by other players. This is more like a feature request, make a suggestion and we will see if we should accept it or not. Thanks!
