The game that refuses to be closed, that's totally a problem on the client (your) side.
But if its happening with majority of us then its not a client sided bug at least

The game and client versions are all the same, plus the majority of the people that mentioned to have the problems MOSTLY have low (and some mid) grade PCs with the same OS.

Oh, I thought I'm the only one facing this... Happening same thing to me. I'll explain this bug a bit more:

We aren't able to open chat bar and also not able to pick up the class (Rapist, weaps, etc)

Nahhh, It started to happen after November update (As far as I recall because I thought it has something to do with my mods so I did a clean version - yet still same)
