[Accepted] Regarding to unwanted players teaming with wanted

I agree with the suggestion to some extent.

Firstly you talked about roles in the server. I think the reason people play games is to enjoy them and experience something they can't otherwise (in real life). So sometimes one will feel like playing as a cop, other times he will enjoy being a criminal much more. Afterall it is a roleplay server, so pick a role you enjoy and play. I think that the role you pick shouldn't affect anything about S. A. Army membership as long as you follow all the rules.

For the second part, where you talked about civilians teaming with criminals, I think you're right to some extent.
If we take a look at the real life scenario, there is no reason a civilian would be teaming with criminals and assisting them at their actions because then this actually makes him a criminal. The only reason this could be possible is if the civilian is held hostage. In this case you wouldn't be allowed to engage, for example with a tank.
So if we implement this in-game I think you still aren't allowed to engage if there is a chance of harming a civilian. However, I think the problem occurs when civilians are intentionally running around trying to protect criminals from being executed. I think this kind of "assisting" criminals should be forbidden. The only way a group of criminals would have a civilian on their team is if he is kidnapped so therefore, he is sitting in the car (tied up) and not running around like a maniac when a rhino is near by. For example if the car gets rammed and sets on fire, the civilian isn't allowed to exit the vehicle. But ofcourse, you need to give them a chance of escaping by using /su.

To sum up, I think this issue needs to be looked into. I would allow "teaming" with criminals as long as you're in a vehicle as a kidnapped person. Intentionally protecting criminals by abusing rules should be punished.

Last thing I would like to mention is that this is only my opinion. I hope no one gets offended by it.

Well I agree with your point that players get a innocent on their vehicle so Army officer can not shoot them and if he does then report hunt starts. In the past few weeks too many Army officers have been reported for abusing this rule where they have no fault in it. Players carrying a innocent with them to get advantage over Army officer so he can't use his tank should not be allowed but what if the Army officer always keeps using the tank instead of using his guns ? Are we known as deadly force just because of our vehicles ? no because of our skills. Army members should be skilled enough to fight with 3 or 4 or more suspects alone. Yes cop hunters carry drugs with them because cop hunt can not be done without it. Try to do it yourself. We spawn with 10 injections whose duration is equal to /takedrugs 25 at once. Think yourself as an example , have you even used your weapons after returning from inactivity ? You keep using Army vehicles all the time when you spawn in Army skin , and as someone becomes red you just /su him and kill him with tank. Of course for this our reputation is getting decreased day by day because we are known as deadly force by our skills not by our vehicles. What can they do except carrying a innocent with them to get advantage over tank. If this gets accepted then please you should start denying applicants if their shooting marks are below 4/5, because we need SKILLED players in army not those who wants to join Army for it's vehicles.

On some hand I have to agree.That army officers should be skilled.But it doesn't mean all of them should have this skill as mainly requested one.Stating this on mine behalf.I by my self not so much good in duelin things but so I am good with m4 and snipe.While in Army I am better in air than ground,so it's about for what someone is maded for not what for should he have to be.If you're stating that our vehicales are useless and should not be used,then remove ribbons and whole faction.Then we can be named like some clan with extreme skills or like super cops.Army is not army without their support of heavy machines/vehicles/aircraft/navy.I like to fight on street to.I usually drive police car and chase suspects as well as I am flying with army vehicles.I like tp earn ribbons and many of them are based and can be earned killing suspects with vehicles.Everyone do job he is supposed to do.As I said I am not so skilled in close range shootings but on other side many fellow players told that I and fellow member Alexx are some of most skilled aviators.What more I have to said then some time ago my friends offered me a money just to look how I fly hydra from both inside and outside camera view(position).So why should we be same at all.We are different from each others and not all of us know the same

Yes, I am totally agree with this suggestion the Cause majority of the army members will absolutely agree with this suggestion, cause they know how much is hard to kill the Cop hunters when they are having A Unwanted player with them. And mostly they come with huge amounts of shock, Tazeref and Drugs. We can't deal with them using sawn off or any weapons. A Tank is the last option for us, but as I said, they get an unwanted player with them and start using advantages.

Having a civilian on a car filled with cophunters is asking for trouble, the names are so damn close to each other that it's nearly impossible to see if there's anyone that's not wanted. Especially if you're not directly next to them.
Taking a civilian during a cophunt is a VERY common way of report hunting (see disclaimer above), a vast majority of all reports is done privately and isn't known to the public, but trust me, this happens WAY too often.

I fully agree with the problem that you're addressing, it IS a real problem that has been around for quite some time. However, the solution that you're suggesting is that we allow Army members to basically DM, which is against the Lsrcr server rules, and I doubt that the Seniors will 'allow' us to change our rules in this way.

I truly hope that we we can find a different solution to this problem, anyone got a suggestion?

It is allowed now by the management, also innocents can team with LEOS to help them.

I genuinely think management should take a step ahead with this problem, I hope so this below idea or smthing similar to this would be helpful.

An innocent player cannot team with wanted players if he does he'll automatically get wanted if hes surrounded by wanted players in the "car" only this solution popped up into my mind after all the current circumstances.
