[Rejected] Shock Immunity

Although I'm not an army member but the concept of CnR is now removed from army and a concept of dueling has been added which is not in favor of CnR and more like a DM server. I was always -1 on the immunity from shock, you can add temporary immunity just like swat bomb but with a longer period of immune time but permanent just doesn't make sense to me. It won't help to increase chances of /BC when army cuffs since it literally takes no time to type /ar (unless you mess up the cmd). +1

imo army should be able to shoot good, i've seen a lot of people in the past years who are only arresting while they're army. I think armies should remove the /cuff command too. then it'll be fair.

it would be better that the shock immunity stays & the Arrest command is removed i have seen many army members are directly Cuff and ar. And the criminal is totally defenceless. If the sh is removed the ar should be removed

Basically remove /cuff as if that too exist they can help their friends to arrest too.

No bro cuff is required for search. The /ar should be removed.

Oh common. I know there are some cases when arrest is needed. But don't mix cNr in this. Army's work is to kill and it will be good if they prefer to do so. However after seeing many replies I realized removing cuff is not a solution.
So increasing break cuff chances would work.
