Reason: What's up ! my name is Flash, I'm so happy to apply to Blackouts it's such an honor. There are many reasons why I'm making this application one of them is that i really enjoy playing as a criminal more than a cop, i barely play as a cop sometimes, and when it comes to Cop Hunting.. and as a team, what do you expect ? It's the best thing ever ! so much fun and exciting, and not just for me but for everyone even the Cops themselves are having fun but we own it as a criminals. And here is Blackouts such an awesome group for Criminals so they can do whatever they want not really but i mean nothing can stop them ! Cops, Swat Agents and Army Soldiers can't beat us, with our skills.. we own this city ! And being a member in such an awesome group like Blackouts, What do you want more ?
