Negative from me. I'm sure not all keybinds bring advantage over players, I understand if all did, but they don't. There are some time saving keybinds that don't effect others.

Holy alt+tab copy paste wont take too much time.
I usually see people going afk for this stuff. I wonder if someone use it. Entering questions in keybinds will also take time.

Of course entering the questions in your keybinder takes time, but only ONCE and not every single time you're testing someone.

-1 on the suggestion, the rule is good as it is, the issue that occurred recently is due to misinformation.
