ive been army in 2009 , we could arrest back then (without even /cuff) , we can arrest now , deal with it.

No one is noob. A single duel won't judge you but the fact is that Army is a skilled faction and members are skilled aswell. So the main focus should remain as it is I.e killing.

Why arrest when losing ? Why arrest when the opponent is good ?
"Army prefer KILL but you can /ar if necessary" , arresting when losing isn't necessary , arresting when opponent is good isn't necessary.

Then what makes it necessary? The only instance would be if S.W.A.T. had no car to drag, and Army member happened to be there to arrest the suspect.

Let's face it, you are all annoyed because this doesn't make things easy for you anymore, since the last update. It was easy using /sh to kill someone in seconds. You criminals have a lot of perks (more than LEOs), and I cannot believe that you are willing to go to these lengths to nerf the LEOs even more, purely out of lacking skills.

You all preach how when Army cannot kill, they use /ar because they are unskilled. I simply see it as you are lacking the skills or brain power to avoid being arrested.
Keep your distance, and nobody will be able to cuff you, simple as that. Even the new update made it easier for you to avoid being cuffed, since cuff range has been modified.

And besides, even if you do get jailed, there are jailcards you can use, or simply wait it out, it's not like you will be stuck in jail for half an hour. Get your heads out of your asses.
