Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: Today, and since the last update.
Describe the bug: Probability of breaking cuffs by S.W.A.T. members is too high.
Frequency: Pretty frequent.
Severity: Major.
Steps to reproduce: I will attach my game logs from today, S.W.A.T. tried to drag [Lsrcr]Nyut, and he managed to /bc 8-9 times in a row, which to me seems a bit unfair. Generally after the update, many people were able to easily break cuffs from S.W.A.T. members, and we already have a pretty hard job to begin with.

I think it is not a bug, since after 8 attempts, he failed to /bc,he just got lucky. But it is really annoying the new bc chances, we should raise it a bit.

He is not the only one who got lucky, this is known to happen quite often.

What I am suggesting here is to make this thing a little less plausible for the sake of balanced gameplay.

I'm just gonna add some information on this. Basically when SWAT member(s) caught and cuffs me, at the time they're trying to type /drag, i could type /bc and wait for his drag to commence. Immediately after the SWAT member dragged me, it's as easy as pressing enter and the chance of doing this is basically almost 90% of successful rate. Some of the SWAT members already knew this. I'm just gonna mention Dani6, he once dragged me and i /bc ed for more than 7 times at that time.

After this happened, Dani6 and i reported to Wajeeh, as to show him how broken it is. One time Wajeeh himself came in game and i asked him to test it out with me. For some weird reason i always manage to fail the /bc when he finished dragging and this happens after 4-6 tries testing it out. He ended up saying it was "Luck" and had nothing to do with the coding and such. The fact that it happens quite often for SWAT is quite unfair and to be honest, i believe this needs some fixes.

And before you type shit about it yes i felt guilty, it felt like bug abusing and yes i'm sorry bout that chief

Con artists have a little more chances of breaking the cuffs, this seems to be the case here.
This has nothing to do with SWAT cuffs or anything like that. I also tried to reproduce the same thing with Nyut and failed again.
Thus this is not a bug, thanks for reporting!
