im not suppose to post here but this is just wrong... Dollarman isnt wrong in this case if he was already in the tunnel by bm why would he stop going in it? he was in the tunnel first so it was not a chase.. if you ban Dollarman for this then ban me too this is unfair.

you watch or you don't, thats not for you to decide, let the admins decide that. But I think admin's eyes will see the same thing your eyes will, perhaps you doubt the administration team?

I asked what's the problem in showing me the video. I didn't ask who has the right to decide. Indeed admin would also see what I would but I wanted to make sure you show them right from where I want you to, that's why I asked you that I would also like to watch the video.

Both videos are pretty clear, you saw him coming in both occasions yet you still decided to enter the Black market. Why?

No. I didn't saw him coming in the first video and that's the reason I don't remember anything about it.
I entered in the Black Market in the second video because I thought what he was doing wouldn't count as chasing, where the Black Market rule can be applied. I didn't had the intention to abuse the Black Market nor anyone else teaming with me. We simply had the intention to go back to the Black Market and refill our items in the meanwhile when we were near BM he showed up at Jefferson's rug house.
Now was I supposed to not enter the Black Market because a MIGHTY SWAT MEMBER was chasing me from his BASE, when I already planned to enter the BM when he was killed in Market?
If your answer is "YES" then please clarify the chase situation for this rule because a lot of players had the same thing in their mind as did I and there might be other players who would have done the same thing in such situation as it's not totally cleared and explained what the chasing rule really means and which situations are included for this rule.

He is not even talking about chasing. He asked you that you saw me coming, never did he say you saw him chasing. Indeed you saw me coming and entered the blackmarket. I was near you, you might call that 'far' but that is near, and you and several other players entered black market despite knowing I am near and obviously coming for you.

My attitude depends on how you treat me. You try to be smart in your ever reply and when I make you realize that your replies aren't that good it becomes an attitude problem for you. If you can't bear such replies then don't write a message that will be answered in a way you don't like it.
Even if he didn't use the word "Chase". I still answered him why I entered the Black Market.

Please do not comment on a report when you are in no relation, you should know this very well already so please make sure it won't happen again.

Even though we have no official rule regarding entering the Black Market while being chased, it should be clear why there is a range and for what purpose. If you are being chased by a LEO and he/she for some reason gets delayed, you shouldn't use that gap in-order to abuse the system.

In this case, you guys had planned to gear up when there were no LEOs, therefore it's fine in that way unless you do what i've stated above.

Also, we might increase the range of entrance restriction in the future to avoid such misunderstandings and confusion.

No action will be taken.
