Why should it be accepted: Item stocks were added recently and it removed item houses. The fact is that only some members pay for it. You'll say same is for drugs and weapons. Yes I know that but atleast it shouldn't be in all things.
And 250k ? either make it less or reduce item/thing.
Each item deduct 3 everytime. Decrease it to 1per item. Or remove stock items and add back houses.

Obviously we are not going to remove something we recently added (which was planned added years ago along with the drug depots and weapon racks).

This is a group management problem, and not a server management one. Group members and leaders have full access to stats showing how much a single person contributes in forms of taking and donating weapons and drugs. I am not sure if there are stats for items yet, but if so that's something that should be added in the future as well.

In the future when more of the developers have spare time, we also intend to create a group control panel on the website and make it easier to manage groups. We could for instance allow group leaders to set certain requirements for players in able to be order to withdraw drugs/items/weapons (for instance, forcing them to refill in order to be able to take).

The group prices are higher for obvious reasons. Group depots and such are very easily accessible compared to the standard shops, and groups as a whole should contribute to the refilling.

I repeat, the price is not at all high if group members share the costs. This is why I see this as a group management problem and not a server issue. There are good reasons for the prices to be higher, but as I've stated, in the future it's a priority to make groups more easily controllable.

I don't see any point in doing this because of reasons that I stated above. Even without the group control panel, there are various stats on the website (although I see that they're not completely okay now - which will be fixed). The stats show information about every member (how much drugs they have taken, refilled etc).

It's still a group management issue and as I stated in my post, the reasons for the prices being higher is due to how easily accessible they are. The prices was set high from the start for this reason as well (we expected groups to split the cost and help refill), seeing as some groups have issues with this we decided to add new features for it when there's time. I still believe groups can manage without it, and the leaders should set rules and such for this rather than always taking the cost themselves.

The group control panel will definitely help and make all this very easy in the future, but for now this is still a group responsibility that's shared and as I've stated above the prices are higher for other reasons as well which I stated.

There are various of ways to maintain sufficient amount of specific stock, first of all and the most important is by not making the group a public gathering place, in other words, not everyone should have the group rights.

As a group, you can surely team up with other group members to have one of them as a salesman to help the other members, same goes for weapons and drugs.

So yeah, it is something where players group up to present a team, act like one.
