Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: today
Describe the bug: A suspect was able to deposit money bag to Claude whilist being cuffed.
Frequency: (rare/always) always
Severity: (major/minor/blocker) -
Steps to reproduce: Image

You're hand-cuffed so it doesn't make any sense (assuming if it's kept that way on purpose)

I am not quite sure if it's a bug or was scripted like this, will contact Developers and see what they have to say. Await for an answer.
