Adding veh hp for normal cop [ACCEPTED]

Who even uses that van its heavy and slow increaseing its hp wont make much difference as cophuters can take down the vehicle in matter of seconds as its movement is very very slow.

Hence why we are willing to increase its HP, since no one is using it currently.

Nonetheless, can we have more opinions please before doing anything? Not sure about adding this yet but the more opinions we have the better it is.

I'd say lets try it, maybe the slow trucks will be finally useful, If any complaints will come, just reset it back to 1k hp, but I dont think someone will be mad about it because It is already slow.

I don't think increasing it's HP will have much effect on both the sides. I'm neutral on this if the it's HP increases to 2k.

Water tank's HP has now been increased from 1000 to 1500 HP. The vehicle was nearly never being used and we had to choose between removing it completely or keeping it and buffing it a bit.

It's also a tank, and it makes sense to be fairly armored. Currently it's on beta but it will be pushed along with other updates sooner or later.
