Why should it be accepted: Sometimes we team as mechanics and our driver's car gets damaged only in the tires, at that moment we wouldn't be able to /fix because the car won't be in need for fix so i'm suggesting we add /tfix command for mechanics so they can have the ability to only fix the tires once the car's damage is already good enough.
That'll not force us to keep ramming ourselves in walls repeatedly just in order to make our mechanics able to fix the tires, this command would increase much time and will be helpful I guess.

It is a great idea but it should have a cooldown of atleast 20minutes otherwise, LEOs and Criminals would constantly use this/

I'm not that down for this suggestion, It will be much annoying for the players that are playing alone/with friend vs 6-7 cophunters, but If the /tirefix could be done twice in 10 mins, It can be a good idea.

If this was possible, the only way you'd be able to fix the vehicle would be if you were outside as you can't change a tire when in the car?

I'm not sure if you've thought of that. Also don't think you should be able to do this whilst moving.

The same is with /fix command then. If you talk about reality then car is also fixed by outside. And you said "whilst moving" Currently /fix command can be used while moving. So it should be same for both. It's shouldn't be like we think 1 realistic and other unrealistic.
