Describe the bug: When your teammate tows the car, it becomes team vehicle but you are unable to /lock it.

Severity: Minor
Steps to reproduce: Just make it so it's lockable.

It must be a bug because there is no logical reason why we shouldn't be able to lock

I think they just forgot about this command, not really a bug. can be fixed in a couple of minutes.
