Why should it be accepted: Hello everyone , As the topic clearly says what i am trying to suggest is the best thing we use to have in olden days which we dont have it now. Army should be given the same priority as other l.e.o teams in server to make it equal and balanced . Why are we forcing someone to duel with army members this clearly makes it senseless as per the old times army had a choice to arrest or duel that was the best . Here are some reason i would add up as well which is happening recently.
I will try making it as clear as possible
There is one more thing i want to discuss about i will do it after this.
1- People have started running from army because they cant deal with them
2- It has been really hard for the newbies and lower skilled players to manage with army professionals as they dont have any way to stop as per before there was shock.
3- Army members are getting easy kills by killing the ones who arent able to win the duel with them or while fighting
4- Army has an advantage of cuffing where as it shouldn't be at all because if a person cant stop them they should not have any right to send them to jail other than killing
5- The point of making it more realistic like real life is completely senseless as this is a game and it will always be a game.
6- This thing is not even balanced at all before it was really good when army had tazes and civilians could shock because its the army members choice wether they want to taze or kill them civilians should also have it then.

1. This is a cops and robbers server. I'm pretty sure criminals are supposed to sometimes run away instead of shock spamming.
2. Better player should win in most cases, this should not be a problem. Shock should not be used to get free kills on better players.

-1, shocks are used to save yourself from getting arrested and most of the army members don't arrest(after shock immune) so I don't think adding shocks back for the army is really needed. IF they remove shock immune from the army, the army will be like cops just in a faction with 2 cuffs and a colour change only.

Shocks are used by criminals in order to kill anyone that overpower them easily
Since army aint arresting there is no need to remove shocks as its totally the duel battle between army and criminal.

I'm pretty sure no one would have any problem if everything was restored back to normal. When we only had 6 shocks max, no cuff kit, no tazeref, now its too easy to kill any cop using shock. If you revert back to old (removal of BM items/hugely nerfing) then remove sh immune, and if you don't remove these, then sh immune remains.

Lately, there have been a change in our soldiers. Also they spawn with two cuffs only, -1

Everyone suggesting this keeps forgetting that Army can't taze anymore, which is quite a disadvantage is quite a lot of situations. If the changes are reverted, another suggestion will be created about Army's taze ability.

Can't blame you for not being able to fight properly and having to rely on shocks I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know army members are gona vote -1 or negative for this because they are getting daily free kills and score for this and rest of you whoever is saying negative makes me feel confused. If swat and cops can get shocked why army can't why is it given this priority and why are people being forced into dueling game play where as not with swat and cops it does not relate anyhow! It clearly makes it equal and balanced while shocks and tazes are for civilians and swat , leo and army.

Im positive to this either remove the cuffing ability if not add shocks back.
