Why should it be accepted:

I get it, swat won, they got their own special magical cuffs™ that doesn't allow me to arrest. So cops can't steal anymore.
But, no one ever addressed this issue, what about when swat steals? They do it more than anyone else, more than I ever did.
Of course, they won't cry about it when they do it to someone else, but they are the first to cry and complain when it happens to them. I cuffed a suspect, then swat drags him.. How is that fair, especially when I can't steal him back?

You can't solve every uneven thing in the game by using magic. This is straight up unfair. You know what, when a cop tazes or cuffs first, then when swat tries to drag it should say "OOPS YOU LITTLE STUPID censored YOU CANT DO THIS CAUSE THIS AINT YOUR JURISTICTION YOU FUCKIGN Female reproductive organ" or it could just be reverted to the old system

Or make it that swat can only drag/uncuff cops/army suspect if they have /swar on.

Hey bro but this time i am going with negative. Sorry. My advice is,you should make some friendship with swat and you will see that they are not that bad. Swat team has a lot of good guys,so i think with nice attitude you will make anything .
Just like Michl said you can take a proofs of swat stealing your suspect and go ahead and report him. that is all from me i hope you do understand what i am trying to say

SWAT Staff is mostly server staff anyway, so reporting seems to be the best option, plus members are urged to take great caution when handling suspects, and to be careful not to engage when there is a presence of cops/Army who approached the suspect first.

The thing about cops is that they do not have they only have to arrest once. SWAT will in most situations have to drag a suspect more than once, and in most situations several times. There has been quite a few situations where cops follow SWAT in order to arrest someone who /bc's and gets cuffed. This cannot happen to cops or army, and there is no way we would implement this command if SWATs also had the /ar command.

As for stealing, this is already reportable:

Rule #22
You are not allowed at all to engage any suspect that was engaged from Army or any other LEO first (cops included), unless you have a valid permission from Army member/cop to do so.

If this had been a big issue, there would be more reports in the SWAT section. The last report I can see for stealing seems to be from 29th March and that seems to be a mistake.
