Nothing has been decided yet hence why there is no topic update. We are a bit skeptical for a couple of reasons. Some aircrafts might be able to be repaired to their original HP (e.g Hydra) while others might not (e.g Rustler). We will have to look into that and decide.

Nonetheless this for now is very low priority and Developers are working on way bigger updates. It will be looked into in the future and update all of you when it is the right time.
