BP | Bulletproof tires [DENIED]

I've been thinking of adding a BP system that would make us ( criminals + cops ) really useful to me. I've been playing today criminal almost the whole game and when a cop shoots your wheels, especially bikes ( NRG-500 ). . . it's really hard to control it. . .
So, if you want to add your BP to your car:
- you have to pay like 1-2 millions to add it.
- must add your BP into a garage such as Transfender
